National Nation Loans’ Text Message Policy

By opting in with your cell phone or mobile number, you have provided us with consent to send you text messages, including payment alerts and account notifications, in conjunction with the services you have requested.

The number of text messages will vary by account.

Your cellular provider’s message and data rates may apply to our confirmation message and all subsequent messages. It is also important to note that wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.

You understand the text messages we send may be seen by anyone with access to your phone. Accordingly, you should take steps to safeguard your phone and your text messages if you want them to remain private. Please notify us if your cell phone number changes or if you give your phone to someone else.

If we modify this policy, we may notify you by sending you a text message with a link to the new policy or may even send you an email with those details.  Please be aware that we may terminate our text message program at any time. This policy applies to operational texts only.

To Opt-Out or STOP

This policy applies to the text messages sent by National Nation Loans to our customers while and after they use our product. If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply to any text message we have sent you and simply type STOP. You may also stop text messages by calling or emailing us.

Your stop request will be effective immediately if you have replied with STOP via text message. Your stop request will become effective within one business day if you opt out over the phone or via email. You will receive an opt-out confirmation message in all cases.

To Request Help or Support

If at any time you need our contact information or information on how to stop text messages, reply to any text message we have sent you and in the reply text simply type HELP.  You may also email or call us with your questions.

Upon receiving your text message, we will respond with this information. In general, the messages we send provide you with information about your account. Some of the text message we send may include links to websites. To access these websites, you will need a web browser and Internet access.

If your handset does not support MMS, any MMS messages sent may be delivered as SMS messages.
